Welcome to the
IN    BETWEEN

There are seasons when something in our lives begins to feel...different.

What once fit comfortably—a career, a relationship, a role, even the way we’ve understood ourselves—doesn’t quite fit anymore. We may not know what’s changing or where it will lead. We simply know we can’t keep pretending we don’t feel it.

I know this space.

I don’t have all the answers, and Dear Becoming isn’t about pretending that any of us should. It’s about creating enough space to listen to what’s changing and become curious about the questions that emerge:

Who am I now?
What matters to me now?
What am I ready to stop abandoning in myself?

And what might be possible from here?

Through reflection, curiosity, self-discovery, and small experiments, we can move through uncertainty without demanding that we know the destination.

We don’t have to know what’s next.

We can discover it as we become.                                           Dawn Jones RN, NC

This Is Me,
Somewhere BetweenWhat Was & What's Next

I spent nearly 30 years building an identity around being a nurse, caregiver, mother, wife,

and the person who could handle things. Then life started changing.

Divorce. Children growing up. Menopause. Career questions. Relationships shifting.

And the growing realization that some of what once fit me simply doesn’t anymore.

I wish I could tell you I know exactly what comes next.  I don’t.

What I am learning is that transition doesn’t begin with having the answer.

Sometimes it begins with finally believing what we’re learning about what we can no longer remain in—

and becoming curious about who we are now.

Dear Becoming grew from that space.

I’m learning to ask different questions, listen more closely to myself, and experiment with possibility rather than demand certainty.  I’m not standing on the other side telling you how to get here.

I’m becoming, too.

Self-knowledge • Self-trust • Possibility

You don’t have to know what’s next to begin.
